How I did it: I decided I no longer wanted to eat the decomposing flesh of animals, and within a week had completely given up meat. My roommate and I decided to do it together and with her support it was easy. I have never been fond of meat and learning how that animal got from the farm to my plate made it that much easier to become a vegetarian. Read how I did it…
