I went to the bar on Friday and slipped after three weeks. I haven’t smoked since, and I still really don’t have the desire. I guess it’s going to be a while before I can go to the usual hangouts again. I would have to say its worth it though.

It has been one week since I last had a cigarette. Over the past week I’ve changed my whole routine. I’ve found so many other things to do with my time other than smoke. I still have some pretty serious cravings, but I don’t think they’re anything I can’t handle. I’m looking forward to my “One Month” post like the rest of you. Thanks so much for all the support.
I didn’t have very many cravings at all yesterday. I even completely forgot to write an entry last night. However, I also forgot to wear the patch today. Needless to say I was quickly reminded pretty soon after leaving the house this morning just how far I still have to go. Apparently I wasn’t very friendly this morning. Anyway, I’m approaching a week tomorrow and I’ve never felt so optimistic in all my attempts to quit. Thanks to everyone that’s provided feedback.
