How I did it: After indoor rock climbing for years, I traveled to thailand for a family re-union. Out in Chang Mai, there is a rock climbing group which does mountain expeditions. How I did it: Once I realized that my girlfriend had a secret interest in pool as well, it really just took opening up that possibility for us to start practicing regularly.
