Yep, we got rid of the TV about 2 years ago, now, and have never looked back.
The projector is hooked up to my wife’s computer and our XBox, and it’s great. The only problem is that it can be hard to see during the day. (The room has lots of windows.) It really has to be dark. So make sure you have a dark room first.
Also, the color depth is somewhat lacking compared to my LCD. Usually, it’s not something we ever notice, though.
Ultimately, we’re very happy with it.
