This is really hard. If I had a child, I’d make sure he or she got adequate exercise, and I certainly do not get enough. I am not doing a good job at making myself do cardio. I’ve got to get on the ball with this. Cardiovascular health is really important. It is as important as eating.

How I did it: * Got a GPS: With it, I can keep hands on wheel, and if I get lost, it finds my way again. It helps me know what lane to be in when I'm unsure. I feel safe with it, when in a new area. If I had a child, I would limit her soda intake. I would tell her to drink something healthy for the rest of the day, after she reached her soda limit. I would keep her safe this way. so for me, I picked up some water instead of another soda today.
