sometimes bodies just change…i’ve seen it in my sister, she used to be skinny, and now, she is borderline chubby, but she can’t seem to loose weight…i think it has to do with her metabolism slowing down…i think the best way to being healthy is to know your body inside and out…she is having trouble keeping her weight down because she is dealing with a whole different way of metabolising food…
on the other hand, my problem is not one of weight, but of doing good things for my body and my health…i weigh 108, but i don’t excersize at all, i always put it off, and i smoke on and off…although i do eat fairly healthy (i’m a vegetarian). i’m all over the place here, and i’m not sure what my point is anymore. i need to start regarding my body as a temple, i guess.
