I’m trying to find out if this is worth it or not? I just had a baby not too long ago so I’m trying to get back into shape, but used to workout ALOT. So I’m not sure if Curves will give me a high intensity workout so that I can get back to where I was at. I’m trying the free 2wk pass right now – tomorrow will be my 2nd session. Not sure that I like it enough to join just yet.

This is very difficult for me because I’ve been hurt by almost every person in my life and these were people I loved and trusted, family members and close friends. I know that it’s human to make mistakes, but it’s so hard to just love without that fear that they will not hurt you. Sometimes, because of their fears, they end up hurting you and that’s very difficult to deal with.
I love dancing to salsa music because it’s so passionate and intense, yet so moving and beautiful to watch. I wish that there was some kind of studio or instructors in this area so I could get training on becoming better at this. For now, I just practice with my husband and my baby – he’s always a great partner!! :)
