Over the last few days I’ve realised that I have probably been rushing into diets too quickly. I eat hardly anything all day, but then end up binging and eating loads in the evening.
So instead I am going to take it slower this time.
Today I’ve ate:
1 weetabix with milk
2 Riveta’s
Apple
And then for tea I have to eat with my family or else they complain that I don’t eat.
So I had to have chicken and peas.
But luckily it is nearly the summer holidays so I will be spending most evenings with friends so I can just pretend I’ve eaten with them.
