1st august is fast approaching and I haven’t lot any weight- in fact, I have put on a few pounds and now I weigh 9 stone. I want to lose 10 lbs over the next 10 weeks before I start university. I want to follow the Gi diet and refrain from bingeing. No quick-fix diets- they don’t work in the long term!
My goal for 1st August is 8 stone 12.
I’ve been binging, and so my weight has gone up!
Not massively, but I want to lose half a stone (7 lbs) and weigh 8 stone 3 lbs (115 lbs) before 1st August 2008.
I want to lose 10 lbs- I’m currently 8 stone 10 and I wnato to be 8 stone in time for August 1st. To do this I’m going to:
1. cycle to work
2. eat 100-1200 calories per day
3. weigh myself evenry Monday (NOT every day!)
I expect this will take me about 4 weeks, ut of course- it may take longer. And I want to at healthily, not starve/binge/starve/binge.
