Week 2 4 days ago

Monday November 16th, 2009 – I walked very fast all day at University. 10,000 + steps. That’s enough workout for me!

Wednesday November 18th, 2009 – 20 minutes of Arms, 20 minutes of legs and buns.

Saturday November 21st, 2009 – 20 minutes Run/Walk. This made me feel closer to who I am, but I was kind of scared of that person. I don’t want to get injured by pushing myself so far just to be that person. Stupid, I know…need to figure out why I was scared…
