How I did it: Spent 5 months, in an RV, the hubbie, me and 3 kids in tow, driving across the USA. Visited 17 states, drove 14,000 miles and had the time of our lives! Read how I did it…
How I did it: On a 6 month trip across America, I slept with hubbie under the stars in a desert in New Mexico, and 9 months later our baby girl was born! Was an awesome experience. The stars are amazing in the deserts, totally worth doing! Read how I did it…
Two years ago I started writing to 2 men on death row. One in the US and one in Zambia. We write once a week on average. I have found this to be very rewarding. I found out about this at a site called writeaprisoner. I can recommend this to anyone who is looking for a penpal and that can offer friendship without judgement.
Well, Ive done it 3 times, and each time it was the best experience life can offer. If you can do it sometime, dont miss out. The single most rewarding thing you can have on your 43 things list, IMHO.
(Edit – I’ve had another one since writing this!)
