Currently, I’m about 6’0” and weigh 138 pounds (a BMI of 18.7). I don’t have a lot of muscle mass on me, so I’m ramping up my exercise and protein intake to nudge the scale upwards.

I think this is a great activity if you just want to relax. I’ve done it at least once or twice. It sure helps on boring road trips.
I learned how to type ‘properly’ when I was around 12 – I was given a copy of Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing (a really old version – from back in the DOS days). I thought for sure I’d never get it and be able to type well, but with some practice it became second-nature. I can type about 70 WPM now, or 80 if I’m trying real hard. It’s definitely worth learning!
