1“We cannot change our past. We can not change the fact that people act in a certain way. We can not change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude.” – Charles R. Swindoll
2“Stop acting as if life is a rehearsal. Live this day as if it were your last. The past is over and gone. The future is not guaranteed.” -Wayne Dyer
3“The past is a foreign country; they do things differently there.” -Leslie Poles Hartley
Each of these quotes speaks to me. Swindoll’s says that, to me, we just have to live and move on. There is nothing we can do to change the unavoidable circumstances.
Dyer’s tells me that no matter what don’t let historic events ruin future experiences.
Lastly Hartley, I need not explain those words.
We all change and are changed by surroundings. I wish to be able to look back on my past and recollect memories with smiles instead of frowns. I just want to live and not let extremities linger on my visions for the present.
This is the most wonderful band I have ever heard.
Their music is so indescribable and lyrics so significant.
I feel that everyone can take something from their songs, and really relate to them.
I cant wait for the next music cd.
