I remodeled half of my kitchen. I’m building the cabinets from scratch (soooo much cheaper – Like $90 – $100 per cabinets that would cost $250 to $350 or more). We cut out a section of wall, rewired, drywalled, cut out an inset for the fridge, and much more. The coolest part was building the cabinets. I even built a cabinet with a 45 degree angled front. Very challenging, but very cool. I’ll upload pics when I have them!

How I did it: 1040 form and a very large eraser. I'm not a fan of big government, or taxation, or anything that requires me to give my time spent for hard earned dollars to people who cannot manage their own lives, much less our country. Read how I did it…
apparently, giving myself a month to do this project was not nearly enough. Especially since I was either too sick (for about a week) or too tired (from managing my ENTIRE household because my wife was immobilized from knee surgery)!!! In any event, I’m still going to try and Get That Done, and finish this friggin’ bathroom as soon as possible.
I’ve been reading the biography of Winston Churchill. What an amazing example of perseverance, from his childhood on up. Just a few paragraphs about this amazing gentleman, and I’m ready to take on the world!
