We were able to buy our first home after many years of saving. yes we had to venture 60 miles outside of the city and my husband now has a killer commute but it was well worth the sacrifice! And we are still on one income. It CAN be done!

Pick your poison…
People have addictions. For some its sugar, for others its cigarettes. Some people do drugs… me? I do the INTERNET. ALL DAY EVERYDAY. Can’t get enough. I am an INFORMATION JUNKIE.
For the last 6 years I have plunged into a world of online catalogs, real estate listings, crime and education statistics. I have ammassed a huge amount of useless information.
It really is pitiful. My husband took a picture of me sitting in front of the computer and it was a SORRY sight to see. I will have to use that picture as a wallpaper on my PC so that it can act as a deterrent everytime I turn this computer on
And overthink many decisions that I must make for myself and for my family. So much so that I often talk myself out of doing things and end up not acting at all. This has caused me to remain stagnant in certain areas.
I must stop being afraid of the ” what if’s” and act.
