Received my registration forms from my local blood center. I’ve filled out most of the information and sent email to a couple friends asking them to be backup contact people for me. Once I have a couple people lined up, I can finish off the forms and check this one off my list!

I’ve just added this goal to my things. It’s yet another item I’ve wanted to get started on, and possibly the motivation of having it on my “official” list will help out.
I’m not planning on anything fancy—some stretching, some (light) dumbbell work, and maybe longer cardio-compatible stuff 2 or 3 times a week.
Anybody have suggestions, ideas, etc? Time of day, preferred activities, and so on?
