I’ve had “exercise daily” on my 43T list for years but the weekly reminders haven’t been motivating. So now let’s try a more specific goal.

Walking home from taking the kid to school doesn’t count unless I make it a speedy aerobic walk. League bowling doesn’t count.

Stretching, yoga, cardio, and strength training all count.

Found decent outdoor storage bins. Not luggable but suitably damp- and vermin-resistant. Have had foodstuffs and supplies stored in them for a couple years now.



finish knitting christmas stockings (read all 2 entries…)
Starting up again 1 month ago

During a week of winter vacation at the (cold Pacific NW) beach, I have picked up this project again. Current count is 4 stockings down, 14 to go. That counts for 22% done.
