Easy to get there, so hard to stay there! I feel good below 150, and sooo much better at 145… and now that I drink quite socially and frequently, it is getting harder for me to get down to 145 again and again. Enough of this yo-yo shit; I need to prove to myself that I can get there and stay there for 90 days straight, and I think it’ll be much easier.
