Did an arm set today. A couple of them I could not do all the way, I’m just not strong enough yet. BUT I am getting used to the equipment and do not feel so awkward.

How I did it: I am happy I stopped, but the reason is not a happy one, so that's why I selected "neutral" for how it made me feel.I can not recommend this as a solution, but it all started with the death of my mother. Her life-long overbearing personality apparently was at the root of my nail biting, as I stopped almost immediately after she died. Had a lot of neck and shoulder pain, and cramping muscles yesterday, so I took the day off.
Got back on it today!
Second set done! I think I should start a notch lower next time (I went all the way to the top.) It’s easier to get on higher, but it was hard on my knees.
The jumping squats were really fun!
