So I made two scarpbooks (but I won’t be sticking to the hobby – I am to crazy perfectionist to ever feel done a book). I also started a blog and began taking photos. Now I am a novice photog! I also took online classes to help reconnect with my creative side. They were with Susannah Conway – her classes are amazing and all online!

How I did it: Got some cool tools to make food at home. I treat myself once a week (2 when I am WAY too lazy) but back in the day we were eating fast food every other day for lunch. It was somewhat insane. Travel and being busy always makes it worse but so far through finding balance in other areas of my life I am finding it in my intake as well. Read how I did it…
How I did it: 1) I researched, researched, researched and researched.2) I found a drug that works for me called Periactin. It is over the counter but not common and so your pharmacist may have to order it. I also checked with my allergist before taking. Not that she knew anything about it...(story of my life). 3) I bought long underwear, warm sweaters, hats, mits, scarves etc. 4) Hot showers! Now that just makes Urticaria sexy. 5) Heated blanket. How I did it: I stopped eating fast food. I am also not a student anymore which helped with that. I also buy meat in bulk and veggies from the grocery (cause they go bad faster). This way we make less trips to the store etc. I have also been using my food processor and slow cooker which have really helped with post-dinner lunches at work. Read how I did it…

I was sick for 6 weeks so I think that counts towards this. I hardly ate. Anyhow, what I need to do is eat crap in moderation. The older that I get the easier this is.
