How I did it: I am sure that a clinic or school near you will be hosting a blood drive. It is very simple to donate. When I went to give blood for the very first time, when i first turned 16, I signed up at my school. They made me fill out some light paperwork, then put a needle into my skin, with minimal pain. I went through most of yesterday without wearing a patch. Every single time a craving comes back one has to be conscious and repress it back to the labrynths from which it came from. My friends have considered me to be a non smoker, due to my hardcore convictions on it. I’m happy that it is going well. I must admit that I do want to smoke, but I realize that I am better off not doing so. 3 more weeks and I’ll consider this goal accomplished
