how can i make it better?
- need goals that i really want to achieve
- be happy…but how, like this. Little things, quiet, inner value, coping, knowing i can cope i can deal, feeling comfy…that’s hard, but i can cope.
- goal 1. Relax. learn how to take care of myself. Early nights, good talks, interesting reads.
2. Realise I can do this. I really can. I can make this work for me. What is this? I want to feel proud of myself, challenge myself, push myself, but never retreat, keep persevering.
3. Create the right atmosphere for this. Where do i need to live? who do i need to live with? make my room nice, comfy, clean, safe.
4. Positive thinking.
