This could be happening very soon! Best to get back in the groove and psyche myself up, and then just enjoy the climb.

The past few weeks have been crazy at work: morning to midnight on most days, weekends spent tapping away on my laptop, bemoaning my stressed-out, slovenly state. Exercise has fallen by the wayside, and as much as i intend to pick up the pace after Christmas, or at least as soon as this busy period blows over, i know it will only be a matter of time before life (and work) intervenes again.
To that end, i have decided to take my cue from several colleagues who have known for a long time what i’ve been loathe to admit: that the only time we have to excercise, is in the morning. Before the phones start ringing. Before the deadlines come knocking. Before the shit hits the fan.
It’s the only thing to be done.
Morning runs, here i come.
