almost there 1 week ago

As of this week I weigh 142lbs. I’ve been under some stress for a while but I’m not sure if it contributed to some of the loss last month (Oct) but I think it did.
Holidays are coming up, yummy turkey, stuffing, cakes, mmmmmm! But I never worry about holidays, never gained weight from it either. Most of my dishes are simple, I make sandwiches out of the leftover turkey.
