I went through another tutorial that deals with entities with more one-to-many relationships. I remain to be amazed by the simplicity. I feel I’m ready to start playing around with something on my own now.
I’ve done Tae Bo for years and when I was working from home I was able to really stick with it and I lost a lot of weight and kept it down. I’ve slacked of for a while, still to some Tae Bo, but just not as much. My girlfriend and I ordered the Billy Blank’s Bootcamp stuff and are excited about getting into it as something different, yet not too different, from Tae Bo itself. I’ll have to post the results after the first week or two of doing it. In my experience, a full hour intense workout at least twice a week, helps me really stay at the weight I should be.
