How I did it: I followed some of the guides listed by other users.  What helped me most was the exercise where you always make sure that your shoulders aren't falling forwards.  The more I notice other people with bad posture, it always seems to be that they have their shoulders forward. I just got PT'd... 2 months ago

So, I just got all my gigs dumped, and my promise of full-time work taken away last week, all because I told my boss that I don’t want to live my life by his plan to have me take the company. I thought I’d been clear about it all along, but he didn’t think so…

I really wanted to take a year learning production full time after HS(it’s been about 5 months so far), and now I have to search big time to find work at different companies. After a year or so, I plan to move to Nashville and get on a tour. We’ll see.
