How I did it: I think it's a side effect of MDMA use or something because a few days after I had pills, I found myself experiencing sleep paralysis. The next two times I had pills, I again experienced sleep paralysis a few days after. It's a weird and terrifying feeling of thinking you are actually paralysed. How I did it: Well it was a very spur of the moment thing, I bought some morphine from one of my friends and found that I couldn't feel anything, so decided to go get my nipple pierced as I had the money.
