Learn Japanese
Decided to move to German 21 months ago

But would like to do it one day as I still really like the culture and the language

learn deutsch
I've started! 21 months ago

An intensive German course at the BSI in Berlin and I’m now in the second week. 3 hours a day + Hausaufgabe. I figure the only way to get my brain to remember it is to pound it in.

Start a radio station in hackney
Left London 4 years ago

So can’t do it no more. Found there lots of enthusiasm and no support. Know it was a good idea but I am not really interested in Radio beyond listening to it so I think I will focus my energy on other projects i might enjoy. Which is really what its about at the end of the day I think.

Become fluent in more than one language
But which one 4 years ago

I like them all. every time I go to a new country I don’t buy a guide book I buy a phrase book and always come away saying that I will learn that language more thoroughly when I get home, and then I got to another country. Repeat form top.

Am I the only one with this problem?

own a radio station (read all 2 entries…)
Well, I don't want to own it 4 years ago

I want to start a community radio station, so that anyone in the community can get involved. So it serves a purpose.

make one super-language that combines all languages

I’ve been thinking of how a universal semantic might work so that I could write some automatic translation software. Then I read this article and realised that some one has done it first :(

master CSS
CSS black belt 4 years ago

It was horrific. It took years. I still have dreams about it.

CSS does rock!

p.s. I couldn’t have done it without alistapart.com

meditate and do yoga daily
Its the only way forward for me I think. 4 years ago

I’m usually pretty good and do some yoga first thing every day. I work from home so it’s easy for me to always do it, no bus or train to run for. I did a yoga class before I went out last Friday and I was so relaxed all night I had the best time.

The meditation I’m finding quite hard to get into a routine with. I have found some guided meditation mp3’s on the net and they help a lot to begin with. I need to find a class I think as I’ve found meditating in groups to be easier.
