I know that sounds kind of funny, but sometimes you forget that your spouse is a person too.
The best advice I can give you ( I have been married for almost 20 years ) Listen, one at a time, then talk, one at a time, because if you both are talking, then no one is listening.
Love your spouse before yourself, remember, YOU chose that person, to complete you.
Have fun, and NEVER go to bed angry.

My official weight

When I go and see my Cardiologist {every 3 months} this is what I refer to as my “official weight”. I do this because of the frequency of the visits plus I get a better sense of my Cardio Health.
So, back to what I am here for..my official weight. I now weight 289, and I feel great. My official weight loss for the last 3 months is 38.75 pounds.
