Actually, You go by cargo ships now. I’ve wanted to do this since I was in the 4th grade. That year a girl in my class brought her ‘uncle’ to show and tell, some old family friend actually, he had come to vist after just such a trip. I thought it was the coolest thing in the world.

i got my first car when I was 22. that’s when I learned how to drive. I never drove as a teen beause my folks were such pains in the ass about it and i just figured fuck it, i’ll walk.
When I moved to oregon i blew up my car. I haven’t driven since then. over 15 years ago.
now that i’m out here in the country i need to learn to drive again. otherwise, cabin fever is gonna get me this winter.
Just a little cabin up in the woods. grow my own food. keep time by the sun and stars.
