I really want to help and do something to give back to the community. The situation I am in, is that I don’t have a car at the moment and getting a ride is a hard. Therefore, I want to do something locally, but there is just not that much to do around here. I’ll have to keep my eyes open for anything, ‘cause I really want to do this.

How I did it: Ever since I stopped dancing, I wanted to start taking lessons again. I love being active, pushing myself to the edge, learning new moves and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. So when I was recommended Jazzercise, which is a blend of dance moves, aerobics and weight training in a high-paced routine, I had to go for it. It combined all the stuff I was looking for and it is AWESOME! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I came to terms with the fact that happiness is not some material you get or give, but it is a state of mind. You create your own reality, you have the power to change any mood or mindset by focusing on the things that matters and leaving worries behind. The world we live in doesn't exactly inspire joy and kindness, quite the contrary, turn on any news channel and we are bombarded with bad news, worries, fears etc. But since we only have … Read how I did it…
How I did it: After meeting each other online, we started calling each other on the phone. I lived, at that time, in Denmark in Europe and Cameron lived in California USA. So it was quite the long-distance-relationship from the beginning. We held out, visiting each other in each others countries twice a year, calling each other every day, writing each other messages on the phone, email and real mail A LOT. We applied for fiance visa after Cameron propo… Read how I did it…

I am for the first time in years able to choose a pet. I haven’t had one due to circumstances, but now I am free to choose. The thing I am considering, is which one to get. Hmm…
Words have a life of their own. Words have power. Power to influence peoples thoughts, actions, emotions, dreams, fears and over-all their entire lives. We also influence ourselves and our own well-being with our own choice of words. Dr. Emoto made history launching his studies on how water crystals are transformed by different words. Positive words made beautiful, symmetrical water crystals where as speaking bad words made crazy chaotic patterns in the water. The point being that since we humans contain between 50-65 percent water, using positive words will improve your life, literally.
