2010 I focused on my mental health. Which was awesome. Because I love my self no matter what I look like, or how I feel. And my so called “blah” days are few and far in between. So this year I thought I would focus on my physical health.
Starting Jan 3rd I joined a womens boot camp. I can’t wait. I haven’t even started yet and the trainer Joy has been so very helpful. I signed up for twice a week for 6 months. Plus I’ve been walking more sine I’m training for 3 days for the cure. Which is a 60 mile walk over 3 days in Sept.
I’m hoping that once I get into the groove of things it will be easier to self motivate my self into doing even more for me.
