Carob-hazelnut cake...

It wasn’t as easy going as I had anticipated. The dates kept gumming up the blender, so I had to do about three of them at a time. Also, no matter how much oil I added to the carob powder, I just couldn’t get it to drizzle. Overall it looked kind of like wallpaper paste with coffee grounds sprinkled on top but it tasted alright…
