How I did it
How I did it: I followed the 90 minute workout faithfully each day with dietary tips and also went to jasons fitness kitchen on you tube to do his 10 minute workouts. Honestly you don't have to kill yourself to be fighting fit, you just have to be consistent and make small changes everyday until you reach your goal.You have to be vigilant thereafter or all the weight will creep back...in other words stay with it.
