My husband and I did this right before Christmas last year. We did the standard process 21 day cleanse. I lost 15 pounds and husband lost 20 +. As a bonus, we got pregnant in January, I think as a direct result of cleansing all of the bad toxins (including birth control pills) out of our systems. Husband did this again in may (I couldn’t join because of pregnancy) and lost another 20 + pounds. After detoxing you will be very surprised to see that processed foods do not taste as they once did and you will find that fruits and veggies taste a lot better than you would think. My husband has lost a total of 75 pounds this year, most of it due to this detox. I would Definetly recommend trying. It isn’t easy the first time, but it’s only three weeks, if you just get through the first one it isnt as difficult to get through the next two.

Got a raise about a month ago. It is still nowhere near what I deserve but it will help us out a lot!
I need to start trying a little harder for this goal. My husband’s family is from Iran, his grandparents speak very minimal english, and we have a baby due any day now. I don’t trust my hubby to to teach our daughter Farsi on his own because he doesn’t see why it is so important!! Plus he is not completly fluent and I think this discourages him from wanting to try and teach her. I have learned a few basic words and can understand conversations, I just can’t speak it well yet. I am really going to start working on this once the baby is here and hopefully my husband will help!
