I have being doing a bit of Creative Visualization without knowing. Having positive thoughts and using them to visualize the next step in my life have helped me a lot. I am more content with what I am doing right now, but already have visualized what I want next.

HI Everybody.
First all the best in 2007. Back in 1999 when I still lived in my country Colombia, we had this incredible soap opera named “Yo soy betty la Fea” ( I am Betty, The Ugly one). The nineties were hard times for all Colombians, but it seemed that everyday at 8 pm and for half and hour, the only thing we did was laughing watching this programme on TV. It was so different from the typical Latin American soap opera that for the last episode the streets in the whole Colombia where almost empty.
I haven’t seen the English version but I have read good reviews. See here http://www.zonalatina.com/Zldata185.htm"> the Colombian Betty, Ana Maria Orozco.
I hope that Betty the Ugly helps teenagers to forget about “being size zero” or that being beautiful is the only important thing.
