I waited in line over an hour to get book six but at 12:05 AM EST on 7/16 I started reading it right away. I finished it in the evening of 7/19. I was shocked at how it ended and I enjoyed this book. I’m looking forward to book seven.
This morning I did: 1) 50 Hindu squats 2) 10 Hindu pushups 3) 50 Dips of Back Bridge using a ball 4) 25 Rollback Reverse situps 5) 25 modified pushups. These exercises are from the books “Combat Abs” and “Combat Conditioning”. http://www.mattfurey.com/combat_abs.html and http://www.mattfurey.com/conditioning_book.html I also walk several miles daily. It was a good workout. My goal is to exercise daily using the Royal Court and The Magnificent Seven.
