become as muscular and fit as is genetically possible
What are you talking about!? 3 years ago

Well… ever since I can remember I have been what can be described as “sturdy”. Even at my lightest weight as an adult, I was still well built. I have always admired the classic action heros of the 80s – Arnie, Stallone, Lungren, Weathers, Van Damme… even Bruce Willis – but the fact is that the first 3 are reknown for their sheer muscle mass. I have always wanted to look like that – not freaky big – but big and strong enough to turn heads.

Deep rooted psychology may suggest that I want attention – well not really, I want to like myself more than anything and as the sands of time are passing me by, I am more and more sure that I will just end up missing out on doing something that I have dreamed of years…

Genetically I come from family of farmers in the Norfolk and Hull area – I have a natural ability to store fat extremely well and seem to build muscle mass quiet well. Unfortunately get rid of the excess body fat is my downfall.

Another way of putting it is that I could be built like a tank – but look like a marshmallow….

Hence – as I have just turned 28 (Aug 11) and as I want to be a fit and healthy father for any sprogs me and the beloved wife produce – I want to change my body composition.

I aim to do this through control of macro-nutrients and good old fashioned hard training. My aim is to get my bodyfat level to around 15% in the next 18months, thats from 33%+ at present so I will be working very hard at this.

I wouldn’t mind some support from you guys and please feel free to visit my blog and send me a few lines of encouragement! I will miss eating my Greggs Sausage Rolls!

learn to be more relaxed
Learn to chill 3 years ago

I am one of those people who can either handle stress or end up losing it and geting either:

A) Tearful
B) Angry
C) A+B

I really need to learn some relaxation techniques or something. Perhaps my new “pending” fitness regime will help?
