I've done it before... 16 months ago

I used to run 3x a week, I did it for 6 months and lost a bunch of weight and felt AWESOME! Then I got lazy and gained all the weight back.

I am ready to do it again and stick with it this time!

I'm on my way... 16 months ago

I am at 218.5 as of today.

I just realized I didn’t enter my start weight. It is 224. So I have officially lost 5.5 lbs!

I need to remember to stop and think when I am about to stress eat. That is my biggest problem, and let me tell you there’s a lot of stress in my life right now. I also need to get more exercise in.

Why? 17 months ago

Because I am out of shape and want to set a good example for the children I will someday have. I don’t want to be the “fat mom”. I want to be healthy and fit. I want to wear cute clothes and feel good in them! I have a new job and I need to be physically fit to keep up with the constant physical demands of it.
