Little steps 6 months ago

Richard bought the final paving slabs we needed to finish the little front section by the door for my birthday. He put down the closest ones this afternoon and it looks fab. Much improved :)

The little cottage garden has begun to bloom so it looks far more presentable. The winter jasmine is getting out of hand and really needs to be tamed or dealt with in some way. Whichever month we pick to focus on that whole job it’s going to transform the cottage.

Invest in stocks & shares or property (read all 2 entries…)

Now that R’s property is rented out I guess that counts as our first property investment. It would certainly have been easier in terms of time and finances to sell, but this is a long term investment and we’ve put short term gain out of our minds.

I feel so grown up!
