I wanna become a vegetarian basically because its better for my personal health. I dont believe that eating animals is a sin, evil or anything. I just think its a bad diet. Plus I love vegetables and their taste.
If you take regular exercises and have a healthy vegetarian diet, you’ll have health and energy you never imagined! Its not overated at all!

How I did it: I have panic and anxiety sindrome. And one of my phobias was actually taking the medication needed - anti-depresant Prozac - because I was paranoid about taking it. How I did it: Well, I drank Coke everyday 2-4 litres! I went on a diet prescribed by an endocrinologist and overnight I stopped drinking it. At first I got headaches, and felt really bad but then I got used to it! Now I dont even crave coke anymore (after 2 months)! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I had a really bad colesterol level on a recent bloodtest and had basically to go on a radical diet, just that. At first it was torture but then I became so much leaner and fit (lost about 12kg in a month and a half). Its amazing how junk food poisons the body and thus the mind. I know this is tuff, but Ill try. I wonder how Ill react in three months when I take a look in the mirror again. This will be fun. Ill use tiny make-up mirrors to shave, or wash my face.
I wanna limit my daily internet time to 15 minutes per day, and if I have to research something then its Ok, but otherwise just check e-mails and read a bit of news.
