Quite happy with myself, had not problems (except of nipple burns and knee problem from 15K up) to run the distance, had energy to spare at the end. Done it in 1:47:54 which is nice considering that I had doubts about doing it under 2 hours… Have to say that course was very easy, flat all the way….

What do you guys define as laziness???
I guess I’m not really lazy lazy anymore, except of daily work which I find hard to be focused on at the moment(not great given I run my own business) I do Aikido 3×2 hours and run 3 times 10K a week… But I still feel like should do more with my life I guess what I need is bring much more of FOCUS and intensity to my life.
Still going to keep this as to do though!!
After running 460km (roughly 280 miles) since April and going to Aikido 3 times a week 2 hours I’m getting somewhere… Down from 99.999999Kg(got very accurate scales :) or maybe don’t like big numbers) in February to 89kg. Of course had to moderate food too as my metabolism is too damn efficient anything I eat gets converted to most wonderfully big FAT cells…
We will see what future holds but I’m confident that as long as keep exercising I will be VICTORIOUS!!!
