I NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK… AHH I WENT TO THE DOCTOR AND I THINK THE BODY MASS INDEX IS WRONG! I am really fat there is no way that im under weight. 150 pounds is normal for someone that is 5’4. I am 145 and i want to be 130
I havent had my period since july, and i would rather not get it because that means im a fat ass because i only get it when im chowin down like a hog so i have to hormones to jump start me.
It is soo hard i need to get back into the motion i have lost a lot of weight and I get all freaked out about my weight or any problem and i go from annai to binge… so stressful its one extreme to another. I am just going to have a cup of coffee about my life or just sleep it off!
Its hard not doing the ani diet or even the miyah ….I feel so out of control sometimes THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT
