I was discussing guitar with a guy at work. He said he was learning to play and I said I wanted to learn, but I needed a smaller guitar because my fingers weren’t long enough. He said it all depends how you hold it, so I demonstrated using my phone as the guitar, and it turns out I’ve been holding it wrong all along! No wonder I can’t reach shit! So this is opening up new worlds to me. I’ll have to think about bringing my guitar back up to Charlotte and trying again.

I made a huge improvement in my Goodwill Pile. Mostly clothes that I never liked anyway. I got a few new shirts and socks at Target, along with new Converse and new flip-flops to replace my old beaten-up ones.
No luck in the Pants category. Need new work pants and new jeans. I still plan to wear my old ones with the patch on my ass cheek, but it would be nice to have an option to wear nice ones too.
