I was doing so well, but something is keeping me from stopping completely. I have been reduced to an occasional smoker who buys loose cigarettes every now and then… This is still a big step for me. Hoping this will fizzle down to not smoking at all very soon.

Sometimes I beat myself up more than necessary...

...and give myself a hard time about things that are going on. This is a bad habit I have had for a long time, and I need to change that. Looking for ways to keep my life light and in a feel good mode.
Since I have gone back to work...

...I am moving around a lot more. My job requires me to be on the move constantly (I’m an Assistant Teacher in a Pre-School program) and it has been good for me. I am noticing a difference in how my body feels because of all of the extra activity.
This is a good start towards me starting to lose weight. This kids keep me active so I should see some small changes soon. Next step, find and join a gym.
