So I’ve been kinda eh on the exercise BUT a couple months ago I was 175lbs, then a month ago I was 170lbs, and then lately I’ve been 165ish and today I was 163. So I’ve been keeping it pretty low and I’m going back into my workout phase with little meals or one big meal. Seems to be doing well for me. Trying to eat healthy. Fast food seems to make me sick now. Getting there. Total goal is 135 or 125lbs. Should be good for my height. Just don’t want my bones to show or ribs. I want a healthy weight
So I had talked to a friend who said while at training for the marines this girl was overweight by 30 pounds. So the trainer there made her lose 20 pounds in 2 days… I was skeptical. I guess she didn’t eat anything all day. Just drank only water. Then she was in the gym and worked out all day. She spent over 10 hours there running over 8 miles… so… I’m thinking of trying this tomorrow. Then just eat the next day but healthy. I figure it would be a great boost start and see if this really works. One time can’t hurt. Worse comes to worse I’ll give myself a sandwich. Tell you all how it works out!

Heading back in the fall. Some people don’t believe I will go back due to statistics. But I’ve already applied again. GOing for a teaching job. Elementary school
Getting better. Trying to learn a lot of Regina Spektor, “Somedays” , and I am trying music from movies. Chopin, James Horner, Thomas Newman = love
and I love hands on and art in general. Only experience I have with it though is Chemistry class. Teacher tried to teach up how to blow glass into a bong
I want to know it all.
I just know basics. Alphabet and some words like “bullshit”, “music”, “asshole”, “you”, “I”, “Fork”, “Beaches”, “Pig”, “Beautiful”, “thank you”, and a couple others
well I’m 19, 5’6”, and I weigh 170ish…. I want to lose 40-50 pounds. So 130 or even 125. Though 125 may be unhealthy for me lol But I’m starting tomorrow to dedicate the time to it. 3 hours at the gym for 5 days a week. And I’m eating small meals. Close to eating only 600 calories a day. Burning 1000 calories a day. I want fast pace.
So I guess I’ll be working myself stupid
