yoga makes me feel great and focuses my attention on other things I need to do to stay healthy (walk, eat right, take my vites, etc.)
to purge my closet. It’s overflowing. The dresser drawers are overflowing. It’s a jumble and a mess.
I have a very small bedroom and a very small closet. The closet is overflowing, my dresser drawers are crammed, so I have to leave things folded up on top. Every time I try to dive in and purge, I find a reason to keep everything. But I hate the clutter and jumble and the fact that I can’t put everything away properly. I pledge to make another stab, looking for encouragement and/or any tips you have!
