Starting to get back on track with my healthy diet. Sounds really obvious, but here are some goals:
1. Eat a healthy breakfast
2. Eat a healthy mid-morning snack (e.g.,Fruit, almonds)
3. Eat a healthy lunch
4. Eat a healthy afternoon snack (e.g., fruit, almonds)
5. Eat a very light, healthy dinner (e.g., veggie soup, salad)
6. Drinks lots of tea and water throughout the day

I am still enjoying my job and really do feel like I am making a difference in education, in students receiving my cultural education. I have not worked at this position for long, and i’m interested in seeing where it takes me! What is great about this job, besides that I really enjoy it, is that it can lead me into different directions relating to educational policy.

I have been looking at continuing education classes at the university near me. Looks like i can do it there, or go private. Im not sure what to do. Private would be cheaper, albeit less official, but I already have a lot of classes and degrees under my belt. I think I will go private, and get a really good book. I found one teacher in the area I want to contact.
To Do:
1. call mandarin tutor in my area and inquire about lessons
