Okay so I didn’t manage to lose 30 pounds by my target of march, but I didn’t really try as hard as i cluld have done. So the past week I’ve been eating really healthily and stocking up on lots of low calorie stuff to make sure that I’m not starving myself but am actually eating throughout the day, but grazing on fruit and veg and healthy things as opposed to crisps and panninis from across the road lol. I’ve also started having breakfast, lunch and dinner, whereas before i would have nothing, a cracker and then one meal at dinner. I’m also trying to walk a lot more too instead of taking the bus.
I just weighed myself and I’ve lost half a stone! I knew I’d lost a little bit but had no idea it was that much! I want to lose a stone by the end of April, but perhaps I can push that up to a stone and a half now! happy dance
