How I did it: I discovered that one hundred words is easy to write, and five hundfeds make half a thousand. I just really took it in in baby steps, and on days when I was so behind on words it looked like I'd never get there, it was easier to catch up. And I always remembered that i did it once before, so it has to be possible again. Read how I did it…
Marilyn Manson headlining with Slayer!
Album scheduled for May!
Finally!
Seeya in Denver, July 19th!!
I just spent a rediculous amount of hours working on the interactive menu interface for the two Emerald City discs. The first disc has four menus with random clips from the film fading in and out in the background while Somewhere Over The Rainbow by IZ plays on the title menu and the same song by Judy Garland plays on the scene selection menus.
The second disc however has three menus all with just one silenced clip from “behind the scenes” material playing in the background each with different songs attatched. To create the feel of “memories” I turned them all black and white and blurred them.
Now I have to work on a few more features for the second disc, then start the whole printing and packaging design adventure! Can’t wait to hold the stack of completed volumes in my hands, feel the weight of a project completed, hand them out to my the actors, and put mine up on the shelf!
