While getting my Master’s in Education, I heard him speak a couple of years ago for the first time and didn’t have the nerve to ask to take a picture with him. Now that I have my own classroom and I get to hear him speak again, this is my chance to ask him for a picture AND to be a visitor in my 1st grade class. So excited!
I came across this article in one of the feeds I subscribe to for teacher blogs and loved the idea! I’m going to apply for a Donor’s Choose grant to see if someone would like to fund this for my students.
